These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of www.butikceylan.com and to international orders placed through the Website. This page applies to international orders shipped from Türkiye. Butik Ceylan Bostancı is based in Türkiye. International orders are shipped from Türkiye. We do not operate as a local store, local warehouse or local seller in the customer’s destination country. 2. Use, Age and Customer Accounts

Use the Website only for lawful personal shopping purposes. Do not use it for fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, scraping, copying, security interference, malicious content or IP infringement. You confirm you are at least 18 or using under guardian consent. Customer accounts must use accurate and consistent information; different emails/phones may cause order, tracking, support, delivery or refund issues.

3. Product Information, Fit and Variations

Product info, descriptions, prices, images, sizes, colors and availability are maintained reasonably accurately. Minor variations may occur due to screen, lighting, photography, fabric, styling, model measurements, production, sewing, manual measurement and brand updates. Approx. 2–3 cm tolerance may occur and is not a defect unless it affects essential quality/usability.

4. Pricing, Currency and Payment

Prices may be displayed in different currencies, but international payments are processed and charged in USD unless otherwise stated. Banks/card issuers may apply exchange rates, conversion fees and international transaction fees; these are not controlled by Butik Ceylan Bostancı. Payments may be processed through Stripe and/or authorized third-party providers. Full card details are not stored by Butik Ceylan Bostancı.

5. Orders, Cancellation, Shipping and Returns

Order confirmation does not always mean final acceptance. Butik Ceylan Bostancı may review, reject, cancel or correct orders for product unavailability, pricing/technical errors, payment risk, fraud suspicion, incorrect information, delivery restrictions, customs/logistics limitations or breach of terms. Cancellation may be requested before dispatch but is not guaranteed after preparation/packing/dispatch.

International shipping is governed by Shipping Policy. Orders are usually prepared within 1–4 business days and after dispatch international delivery usually takes 8–14 business days. International orders are DDP as standard, mainly through DHL and where appropriate Aramex/other partners.

International returns/refunds/exchanges are governed by Return & Refund Policy. Customer-related returns, failed delivery, refused/unclaimed shipments, wrong address or missing customs information may be subject to outbound shipping, return shipping, DDP, customs, clearance, handling, courier administrative and logistics deductions. Deduction amounts may be calculated based on official DHL invoices, Aramex invoices where applicable, courier records, customs payment records, DDP documentation, logistics records and order records.

6. Sealed Security Bands

Products may include sealed security band, original tag or product control element. If removed, cut, broken, opened, damaged, forced open, shows signs of attempted tampering or appears interfered with, the item is not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

7. Promotions, Store Credit and Reviews

Promotions, discount codes, gift cards, vouchers and store credit are subject to terms. Customer may submit reviews, ratings, photos, videos or content via Website, review applications, email, WhatsApp or social media. By submitting, customer grants non-exclusive, royalty-free worldwide right to use/display/share on Website, product pages, review sections, customer experience areas and related brand communication channels. Loox-style review systems may be used. Paid ads/external promotions may require additional consent.

8. Intellectual Property and Prohibited Commercial Use

Website content, brand identity, logo, product images/videos, designs, descriptions, text, layouts and visuals are owned/licensed by Butik Ceylan Bostancı. Copying, scraping, imitation, commercial use, misleading pages or unauthorized use is prohibited. Legal/platform/takedown action may be taken.

9. Third-Party Services, Force Majeure, Liability and Records

Third-party services include payments, reviews, logistics, analytics and marketing. Force majeure events may cause delays. To maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited as stated. Records including order, payment, delivery, communication, customs/DDP, return, review, product condition, account and sealed security band evidence may be kept and shared with relevant parties where necessary.
