The return period for the products you have purchased, provided that they are unused and not deformed, is "14 DAYS" from the invoice date. Requests exceeding this period will not be accepted and the products will be sent back to you with a cash payment. In order to initiate the return process, you must sign the product or products you want to return on the bottom of your invoice in your package, write your name and surname, and send them to us with your invoice. You do not need to create a return request from our website.

 

The return requests you send to us are checked and evaluated by our team within 1-3 business days after your cargo reaches us and the refund process is initiated for you. In return transactions, the refund of the products you sent to us will be provided according to the channel you made the payment. In purchases made with a credit card, refunds of the products you sent to us for return will be provided to the card you made the payment with through our Paytr payment system. In orders purchased with Cash on Delivery and Money Order/EFT payment methods, it will be sufficient to send your i-ban information to our 05423671082 WhatsApp line in order to initiate the refund process. Refunds are reflected in your account within 1 to 7 business days after the transaction is initiated.

In return and exchange transactions, the shipping fee belongs to the customer.

My order is defective/faulty/wrongly sent. What should I do?

All products we offer for sale are checked for damage while being packaged for delivery to cargo. In the rare event that a product arrives to you as faulty/defective/wrong, the process is as follows;

When your order is delivered to your address by the cargo officer, be sure to check the outer package for damage before accepting the product and have a "Status Determination Report" prepared as soon as you notice any damage.

In case of any damage that you notice after the order is delivered, you must immediately contact the relevant cargo branch and request them to prepare a "Status Determination Report". If the cargo branch does not assist you in this matter, please inform us as soon as possible.

When you send the damaged product to our address www.butikceylan.com together with the Damage Detection Report, your product exchange or return transactions will be completed quickly and you will be informed about it.

How will the amount I paid be refunded to me when I return a product?

When you return a product, your money will be refunded after you receive approval from the product review, in accordance with your payment method.

- If you made your payment by credit card, your installment transactions will be refunded to your card in installments and your single payment transactions will be refunded to your card in one payment within 1 to 7 business days.

- If you made your payment by debit card, your single payment transaction will be refunded to your bank account via wire transfer/EFT within 1 to 7 business days.

- If you made your payment with a virtual card, your single withdrawal transaction will be refunded to your card within 1 to 7 business days.

-Your shipments sent with cash on delivery will be deducted from your refund balance.
